My Dream
I would like to travel around the world with a loved one and watch as many sunsets as i can. It would be best if the weather is good and it comes with magnificent sceneries and the sounds of nature. Sometimes, i gotta admit that the sound of nature is euphoric.
I want to stay in a hotel room on the top floor with a full window view of a busking city so that when i look out of the window at night, i see the beautiful lights under the dark quiet sky.
I want to visit Chicago, Cassablanca and Massachusetts.
I heard the western countryside is nice. Its simple but beautiful. Quiet but filled with laughter of the people who are contented with what they have over there.
I want to experience a farm stay. Wake up to the sounds of the farm animals. Bathe horses and milk cows.
I want to see real cowboys and join them for their campfire gathering sessions. As well as sing along to the good old folk songs that they play with their guitars and banjos.
One day, eventually, i believe i will find a guy who will bring me to all these places, experience the life that i've mentioned and maybe more, as well as spend the rest of his life with me till we both turn old and grey. Until then, we will still stroll on the beach hand in hand, as we watch the sun submerge into the vast seas once again.

F&N O LEVEL PRACTICAL IS FINALLY OVER!
I felt like i was fighting a war with all the food i had to cook just now. At first nothing went right. The custard was lumpy, i didn't know how to set the pastry puff, and for some reasons i didn't like the smell of the chicken stock that i was suppposed to use. And the stove at my unit only had 2 out of 4 fires working! This really slowed down my cooking process! At one point of time i really felt like crying cos i thought i was going to fail practical.
But things turned out not as bad as i expected, but the food wasn't as good as i thought them to be. But oh well, at least i didn't fail.
And here's something funny. While we were walking in and out of the two kitchens via the fnn staffroom and preparing our ingredients, i saw benedict talking to a bowl of mashed scrambled eggs when i walked through the staffroom! Omg i couldn't stop laughing and my stomach was hurting and i think joan, jun wei and ain thought that i went crazy. Benedict looked really funny when he stared at the bowl of eggs and muttered a few words. I just couldn't stop laughing. And talking of it starts me laughing again. Hahahahahahahahahaha :D
The washing up was terrible. Piles and piles of bowls and dishes waiting to be washed, dried, and returned to where they belong. I practically screamed when i saw those blue malamine sets piled up in my sink. Luckily shumei helped me with them. Thanks so much shumei! Then band people came in to prepare their food for their BBQ. Brandon came too!Had a bit of fun in the kitchen though.:D But he didn't want to eat my porridge, neither did shumei. Fine! So i kept all for myself, and trust me, it was delicious.:D My fruit tartlets came out disastrous at first, but with some alternatives, managed to turn out well too.And i presented the tarts in a heart basket. It looked so sweet and valentine-ish! I took the basket and went up to joan dear and "confessed" to her but she rejected my love!!!Stupid shallow woman! So much for loving her! Haha.. okok, i know why she rejected me!!Hmmm. but i'm not gonna be mean and say the reason out. LOL!:D Will post pictures of my food when i have the time.
Here's something so cool that happened today. I TOOK BUS WITH ALBERT TEOH TO SCHOOL!
Haha amazing right? Was on the bus with hui mei and alvina, and he boarded the bus at the next stop. At first i looked out of the window and thought to myself: that guy looks a bit familiar.......then i saw his oh so big specs, and his hair.....Then i went "OMG ITS AH HUAN!" LOL. He sat with us and chatted with us, alighted one stop earlier then cos he wanted to have his breakfast before he went to school.
And i think he changed his strategy of teaching me. No more using the harsh way?? Cos today he came and talked to me in a really very nice tone and asked if i could cope with current work. He told me to try harder cos my other subject grades are well but without maths, i can't go anywhere. Wow, i was shocked when he used such a nice tone to talk to me! Ok, maybe i'm not gonna hate him so much now.

I turned around and went away because i wanted it to be the other way round. Is it possible?
